We're fully aware that sometimes, plans and preferences change, and we’re here to accommodate those shifts. We extend a generous 45-day return policy to offer you ample time to make sure your purchase fully meets your needs. Should you decide to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process straightforward, though customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Requesting a return is a simple, two-step process.Complete our Return Request Form. We’ll then review your request and send you a link to our simple, self-service, online return portal.Head to the link that we sent you to initiate your return or exchange. Which portal you’re directed to will depend on whether you placed your original order on our main website, via Amazon, or if it was placed by one of our team members for you over the phone.With our simple, self-service return process, initiating a return or exchange is easy! We recommend that you read through our full policy before starting your return process, and that you reach out to us with any questions. Hut^Flex reserves the right to deny a refund for any items not covered under this policy and does not guarantee the return of those items to the customer.
Are you eligible for a refund?Products delivered to your listed shipping address within the last 45-days are eligible for refund with the exception of those that show obvious signs of repeated use and wear, or tents that have been damaged in any way.We recommend setting your tent up when you receive it to make sure that it meets your needs and expectations. If your tent is within the 45-day period but has been damaged or shows signs of defect, please complete our Warranty Form.
Who pays for shipping?Hut^Flex doesn't cover the cost of shipping for every return and exchange. You will be able to pay for shipping back.
Restocking Fee ExplanationYes, we do impose a $200 restocking fee for products that have been opened, removed from their original packaging, set up for inspection, or used in any manner. This fee is necessary due to the incurred additional costs associated with the inspection and integrity verification of the tent, aspects not accounted for in the initial pricing of the tent. Our commitment to delivering quality and ensuring that every tent meets our stringent standards of excellence necessitates this thorough inspection process for all returned items.
Avoiding ReturnsSelecting the appropriate tent is essential. We encourage customers to peruse our "Choosing the Right Tent" guide and engage with our customer service. Hut^Flex is always ready to assist via phone or email to ensure your selection meets your needs. Our “Try Before You Buy” program allows customers to rent specific tent models, with the rental fee applicable towards a future purchase if made within a 3 month. 
FeesNew items in original packaging are exempt from restocking fees. A $200 fee is applied to opened or used tents; tent accessories incur a 20% fee. Items should be returned as received, complete with all components and packaging to avoid damage or additional fees. Any damage or extensive use may result in a refund denial. Hut^Flex isn’t responsible for items shipped in error but won’t charge a restocking fee for them.
Shipping & RefundsReturns should be shipped within 45 days from the date of receiving the tent. After an inspection within 30 days of receipt, an email confirmation will detail the refund amount (less any applicable fees). Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Hut^Flex reserves the right to refuse non-compliant or ineligible items under this policy.
Canceled OrdersOrders canceled before shipment are free of charge. Post-shipment cancellations are processed as per the return policy.
Exchange ProcessTo initiate an exchange, contact us directly. Following an online return and our team's inspection, the exchange will be facilitated, and any applicable fees or refunds will be processed accordingly.
Shipping IssuesHut^Flex partners with FedEx for dependable, trackable deliveries. Issues during transit, including loss or damage, fall under FedEx’s responsibility unless shipping insurance is chosen. 
NoteOur return policy is tailored for items manufactured by Hut^Flex. For drop-shipped products, customers should refer to the specific return policy of the respective manufacturer.

Waranty policy

Hut^Flex is steadfast in its dedication to offer durable, aesthetically pleasing stretch tents that surpass industry benchmarks and customer anticipations. We are determined that each product dispatched from our end mirrors an epitome of quality, endurance, and superior functionality. If an anomaly arises, rest assured, we are on standby to rectify it promptly.

The Hut^Flex Warranty
Our warranty, lasting a lifetime, is an assurance against any deficiencies in the original material or craftsmanship of all tents crafted by us. Encountering an issue? A quick call or email to us will set the wheels in motion for a swift resolution.

Products deemed faulty or below our quality threshold will be either repaired or replaced with an identical or comparable model, at Hut^Flex's discretion. Although we bear the cost of repairs or replacements under warranty, the customer covers shipping and delivery expenses. Always include your order number when returning items to facilitate smooth processing.

This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and necessitates valid proof of purchase. Retain your sales receipt or invoice, as it may be requested for warranty claims. Absence of proof of purchase or inability to locate the customer in our records renders the warranty null.

Products Covered
Every product crafted and retailed by Hut^Flex, both on our official website and Amazon store, falls under this warranty, exclusive to the original buyer with authentic proof of purchase.

Shipping Damages
Our warranty envelops products lost or damaged during shipping for deliveries within the lower 48 states of the US. In the event of receiving a damaged item, contact us for return proceedings. Ensure the tent is returned in its original or appropriate packaging, unutilized, and inclusive of the order number.

Warranty Exceptions
This warranty is tailored for tents employed recreationally and excludes those used for extended durations (exceeding 21 continuous days). It covers defects stemming from manufacturing or production errors but excludes damages from extreme weather, wear and tear, UV exposure, mold, mildew, improper use, or storage and unapproved modifications.

Design Rights
Hut^Flex retains the autonomy to modify product designs without an obligation to integrate such changes into previously manufactured products or those with dealers or customers. Products repaired or replaced under warranty may not reflect these changes.

Claiming Your Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, complete our Warranty Request Form. A Hut^Flex representative will assess the claim, and if validated, you’ll receive procedural details via email. The return and any ensuing actions are subject to the adherence to the outlined policy.
